Hi Anna,

I have a natural planted aquarium where I got inspired by your videos I watched all your videos. I got interested and have set up the tank 2 months ago with a filter and a heater because I am living in UK. All my plants are doing good my water color is greenish. I have no algae issues. The ramson sail, red cherry shrimps, mountain minnow and cardinal tetra with a closed tank set up.

The issue is I have a biofilm on top of the water I use to remove by tumbler but the next day it forms again. I use to top up the water no water change. But my minnows keep on dying I had 12 of them but now only 6. I really feel sad. My minnows get either white patches and due or body is thinning day by day and they die. Sometimes the tail appears as they are cutted. I have increased the temp from 23°c to 25. After doing that one of my shrimp passed away.

I am totally helpless. Do I need to add any medicine or full water change
